These
additions are often forsaken due to other factors of
renting a property. Again other services can be added
on a regular or ad-hoc basis to your needs.

Superior Package offers complete peace of mind for maintenance
and service of your property.
This
package includes every aspect of looking after your
property and guests, and helps with no unexpected charges,
thus allowing you to budget for the rental season.
The Superior Package includes the Premium Package

clean of BBQ to remove carbon deposits and food debris

per year). Any additional call outs will be charged for
at the standard rates; |

Weeding
of all soiled areas; |

extra charge for minor brakages i.e glasses, plates and
cups(every effort will be made to match existing if not
the nearest match will be provided); |

welcome pack including our essential pack plus:- Cereal,

of local beer and dishwasher tablets/washing up liquid;
